help!

Ok can anyone tell me why the little images are not coming up in the Followers thing on the right hand side of the BLOG page??
I have tried all sorts of things and cant seem to fix it!

    I can see photos on most of the boxes. The others possibly didn't put a photo on their ID so that is how it shows?? Looks pretty much like this on other blog member lists :)
